Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Everett, Washington? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Everett?

The rate of foreclosures in Washington state is about .49% right now. I think Everett is running at about that rate. It was actually higher in 2002 and 1997. Washington’s foreclsure rate is the second lowest in the US right behind Oregon.
