Are the Board of Realtors sabotaging real estate distance education in Washington?

“Our full Washington membership supports our efforts to limit the number of distance education clock hours agents/brokers can take for license renewal and for Broker License. They want to go back into the classroom!”

That’s a paraphrase of W.A.R.’s spokesman testifying before a closed meeting with the Washington D.O.L. Education Committee last month. I don’t know about you, but he is NOT speaking for me on this issue. I, like you, spent 15 years struggling to squeeze in classroom clock hours juggling my clients, my life and being locked away from both! Internet delivery courses provide the convenience.

Fundamental healthcare begins with an individual or family?s access to a general physician, call it a family doctor or for children, a Pediatrician and for women a Gynecologist.
